SENIOR ANALYST

MIT was founded by Dr. Conway Rucks, and Dr. Rucks still develops or supervises every research design for all MIT research projects. Dr. Rucks is one of the most extensively, formally-trained and experienced marketing researchers in the marketing research industry. Dr. Rucks is a Professor and Department Chair teaching marketing research, and is the author of scores of articles and papers in direct contribution to the basic marketing research literature. His publications have appeared in Decision Sciences, Expert Systems with Applications, and even National Review. He is a past Assistant Editor of the Journal of Marketing. Dr. Rucks has also worked directly with some of the world's leading corporations in establishing and maintaining their marketing information systems, and on innumerable marketing research special projects.

In 1992, Dr. Rucks was invited to present the Outlook for Attractions at the Travel Outlook Forum sponsored by the Travel Industry Association of America, one of the world’s largest industry associations. Dr. Rucks forecasted an increase in attraction attendance of 4.6 percent for 1993. The actual 1993 attendance increase was 4.8 percent. (See “Articles and Papers” below).
